Welcome to RevivePix! By downloading or using the RevivePix App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please take a moment to read through them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.
By installing or using the RevivePix App, you automatically accept these terms. RevivePix retains full ownership of all rights related to the App, including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property.
RevivePix grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to copy or modify the App, attempt to access its source code, or create derivative versions.
RevivePix reserves the right to make changes to the App or to introduce charges for its services at any time and for any reason. If charges are introduced, you will be informed clearly and in advance.
The App may collect and store personal data to provide its services. You are responsible for the security of your device and your access to the App. We strongly recommend against “jailbreaking” or “rooting” your device, as it could compromise security and cause the App to malfunction.
You are responsible for maintaining an active internet connection to ensure the App functions properly, covering any charges from your mobile provider, and ensuring your device is adequately charged. RevivePix is not liable for issues arising from connectivity problems or insufficient device power.
RevivePix may rely on third-party services or data providers to process and enhance photos. RevivePix is not responsible for any losses that might arise from reliance on third-party data or services.
RevivePix may update the App or these Terms periodically. You may be required to accept updated versions to continue using the App. RevivePix also reserves the right to terminate or suspend the App or your access to it at any time without notice.
For auto-renewable subscriptions, payment will be charged to your App Store account at the time of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings. All billing is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms of Use.
You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You will indemnify and hold harmless RevivePix and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to RevivePix become the property of RevivePix. We may use such feedback freely without any obligation or compensation to you.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
